Collection of your Personal Information
Through specific web forms KGS collects personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to, your e-mail address, name, home and/or work address and/or telephone number, ZIP code, company name. The definition of ‘specific web forms’ includes, but it’s not limited to, contact forms, survey forms, subscription forms, newsletter submission forms, forms filled out to obtain or download material such as, but not limited to, PDFs, brochures, white-papers, Word documents (.doc), Power Point files (.ppt), ZIP files (.zip).
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by KGS. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by KGS for the operation of the services, to maintain quality of the services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the KGS website.
